MO INI Tweaks: Mod-specific INIs that exist inside an INI Tweaks folder at the top level of the mod folder for use with Mod Organizer. Profile INIs: Mod Organizer's profile-specific INIs located in the profile's folder.
The following terms are used to describe the INI files as they relate specifically to Mod Organizer mod management tool. Having some ini confusion so this came to mind. Maybe it was updated in a certain ini file that takes precedence over the others and when you adjust in one ini it happens to be one that's overtaken? Just my guess.
